Refund policy

Prissy Peacock Stitchery does not accept returns or exchanges on cut fabric or digital products. Color variations due to lot differences or manufacturing processes are not considered flaws, nor are wrinkles or creases from storage, packaging, or shipping.

If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@prissypeacockstitchery.com within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
