Pre Order Policy

Pre Order Policy - We're excited to offer you the chance to secure your favorite fabrics before they arrive!  Please read our pre order guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

• Payment is collected at the time of order and ensures we can reserve your order from our incoming stock.
• Estimated arrival date will be listed in the product description, however, ship dates can fluctuate with the supplier.  We'll keep you updated with any significant changes.  
• Order will be fulfilled with 3 days of receipt into the shop.
• Cancellations are not allowed on pre-orders as we've already reserved your fabric with our supplier.
• Orders for in stock items should be placed separately from any pre-orders.
• All pre-order items within a single collection should be placed on the same order, if possible.  

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays can happen. We appreciate your patience and will notify you immediately if there’s an update.
