How can I contact you?

Oops, I forgot to add an item to my order. Is it too late?
We ship orders as soon as possible so please reach out via email at support@prissypeacockstitchery.com for any additions to the order. If you place a second order, we will do our best to fulfill both orders and ship in 1 package.
Will I be able to track my order once shipped?
Yes, we will provide tracking information once your order ships. You'll be able to contact the carrier directly to obtain updates as our visibility is the same as the customer once the package leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on cut fabric or digital products. Color variations due to lot differences or manufacturing processes are not considered flaws, nor are wrinkles or creases from storage, packaging, or shipping.
If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@prissypeacockstitchery.com within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
What is your shipping policy?
Free U.S. shipping on in-stock orders of $100 or more via standard USPS shipping.
Orders under $100 will be as follows and are based on a package size up to 10"x13". Larger packages may require additional shipping charges.
- Standard USPS Shipping (3-12 business days) - flat rate of $8.00
- FedEx Ground Shipping (1-7 business days) - $13.00
- FedEx Express Shipping (2 business days from date of shipment) - $25.00
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
